TERMS OF SERVICE

By accessing or using the HeadlessPDF Application Programming Interface ("API") or website (collectively, the "SERVICE"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the SERVICE.

HeadlessPDF is operated by an individual. Throughout these Terms, "we," "us," and "our" refer to HeadlessPDF.

Account and Usage

To access the SERVICE, you must register for an account using Google Single Sign-On (SSO). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree not to use the SERVICE to:

1. Render content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, or promotes violence;
2. Generate PDFs of phishing sites or for fraudulent purposes;
3. Distribute malware, viruses, or malicious code;
4. Overburden or impair the performance of the API.

Subscriptions and Billing

The SERVICE offers paid subscriptions billed on a monthly basis. Payments are processed securely by our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy.

Token Allocation
Each subscription plan provides a specific amount of API tokens per billing cycle.

• No Rollover: Unused tokens do not carry over to the next month. At the start of each new billing cycle, your token count resets to the specific amount included in your plan.
• Overage: If you exhaust your tokens before the end of the billing cycle, API requests may be rejected until the next cycle begins or you upgrade your plan.

Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard.

• Access Continues: Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your paid plan and any remaining tokens until the end of your current billing period.
• Downgrade: Once the current billing period expires, your account will automatically revert to the Free Plan.
• Refunds: Payments are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

As the SERVICE is operated by an individual, we do not guarantee immediate response times. We aim to address inquiries as resources allow, which generally means you may receive a response within a few business days.

Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the URLs and content you submit to the API for conversion. We do not claim ownership of the documents you generate. HeadlessPDF owns all rights to the underlying code, API, and branding of the SERVICE.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We do not warrant that the SERVICE will meet your specific requirements, that the PDF conversion will be 100% accurate to the source URL visually, or that the SERVICE will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HeadlessPDF shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the SERVICE. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you have paid to us in the last three (3) months.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the SERVICE after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
